1. Novelty cards only

Cards created with this site are novelty keepsakes for entertainment. They are not government-issued or legally valid identity documents, and must not be used to impersonate any person, authority or organization, or to mislead anyone.

2. Your content

You are responsible for the text and photos you add. Only use photos you own or have permission to use, and do not add content that is unlawful, hateful, sexual, or that infringes anyone's rights or privacy. Do not create cards that depict other people without their consent.

3. Acceptable use

Do not attempt to disrupt the site, scrape it at scale, or use it for unlawful purposes.

4. Intellectual property

The site, templates and design are owned by Love Card Permanent. You may print and share the cards you create for personal, non-commercial use. Quotes remain the property of their respective authors and are shown for inspiration.

5. No warranty

The service is provided "as is" without warranties. Print results depend on your printer and paper. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from use of the site.
